Properly segment a video file

Hey,

I saw your post, and applied the sebastian's patch to my local copy. I also
tried to update the PTS value without success (I got some very weird time
info)., and when I trace the PTS info of my probe, I also got some weird
things (probably due to sync=TRUE).

Do you have the bug id about the correct support of offset in mux ?
