Can you also provide the complete code or a simple test case that allows
to reproduce your problem? Otherwise there are too many unknowns left to
debug this.

Also maybe a complete GStreamer debug log with GST_DEBUG=6 could already
help to find the problem, but it's always easier if one can reproduce
the problem locally.
