rtsp windows clients randomly fail to receive stream

Hi

I am using gstreamer 1.0.8 rtsp server and client and when I try to connect
to the server with a few clients ( 4 to 7 ) I get these warning in the
client:

and they fail to play the stream.

For the server I use windows and android with same results and for the
clients, if the clients are android clients it works fine and if windows (
xp or 7 or 8 , 32bit and 64bit ) randomly some fail to connect.

I am streaming h264 ( fails for tcp or udp-unicast )

Any ideas whats wrong ?
