RTSP server only adding client the first time it requests a connection

Is there a way to shut down the server so that there's no service being
provided on any of the mount points ?
Will a simple unref on the pointer to the server be sufficient to clean up
all mount points and associated 
media factories ? As there's no frames being provided for the connected
clients any more that seems like the 
cleaner solution.
