GStremer streaming to Akamai like FMLE does (with autentication)

Hi Fabio

I push streams to YouTube Live, UStream and LiveStream with authentication,
so it is possible.
Take a look at the examples at
https://sourceforge.net/p/snowmix/wiki/Snowmix%20and%20CDNs/

If you get it to work, please share pipeline example so I can document it.
