GStremer streaming to Akamai like FMLE does (with autentication)

Hi Pmaersk!

  You are right! rtmp works with akamai + autentication.

  I compiled rtmpsink to windows and I used this command:

gst-launch.exe -v videotestsrc ! videorate ! ffmpegcolorspace ! x264enc
name=highenc pass=cbr threads=0 bitrate=200 tune=zerolatency  ! flvmux
streamable=true ! rtmpsink location="rtmp://akamaientrypoint/EntryPoint
live=true pubUser=RRRR pubPasswd=XXXXX
flashver=FMLE/3.0(compatible;FMSc/1.0) playpath=I4Ckpath_12 at 44448"
