transmit video stream- example doesn't work

Im using the latest version fg gstreamer.

about test-launch:

    this is the command from the server:   ./test-launch "( videotestsrc !
x264enc ! rtph264pay name=pay0 pt=96 )" 
    this is the command from the client:   gst-launch-0.10 rtspsrc
location=rtsp://127.0.0.1:8554/test

    this is the log from the client:
