gstreamer 32Bit on Windows 8.1 64Bit?

Hello,
i want to use gstreamer on my Windows 8.1 64Bit machine.
First i installed the 64Bit version which worked flawlessly.

But trying out the 32Bit version for comparability reason resulted in
problems.

When trying to Build the tutorials i get:
1>LINK : fatal error LNK1181: cannot open input file 'msvcrt_winxp.obj'

I think this is, because of the missing Windows Driver Kit.
But the 7.1.0 Version used in the installation instructions does not work
for Windows 8.

Is there any way to use the 32Bit gstreamer on my Windows 8 machine?
Any instructions how to use the Windows 8 Driver Kit, if possible?
