GStreamer Pango not loading on OSX

I have built a release package for OSX that uses pango overlay, It works fine
on the dev machine, but when trying it on a clean machine, the application
loads, all of gstreamer works except pango.

I get the following error:

Pango-CRITICAL **: No modules found:
No builtin or dynamically loaded modules were found.
PangoFc will not work correctly.
This probably means there was an error in the creation of:
  '/opt/local/etc/pango/pango.modules'
You should create this file by running:
  pango-querymodules > '/opt/local/etc/pango/pango.modules'
Fontconfig error: Cannot load default config file

(YoutubeVideoOverlay:37112): Pango-WARNING **: failed to choose a font,
expect ugly output. engine-type='PangoRenderFc', script='common'


Pango libs are in the bundle.
