yet another build script: yobuild

As if jhbuild and cerbero (not to mention homebrew) weren't enough,
here's another metabuild script that knows how to build gstreamer
and friends for linux and macosx:

It's kind of like a cross between homebrew, jhbuild, and debhelper.

Its main claim to fame is simplicity.  It doesn't use any config files,
and is built with simple helper scripts that make it easy to add new
recipes.
