Hi,

This should be working on windows, as before, but I don't have the time
to test it and write updated instructions. It shouldn't be too difficult
for someone to do it, though.

There used to be some instructions in the wiki, btw, but they were lost
at some point together with many other wiki pages (not sure what
happened). If somebody still has them, it would be nice to see them in
the wiki again. They would be a good starting point.
