How to extract NTP time from rtsp stream

Thanks for your reply.

What I want to do is the following:

RTSP stream is a live rtsp stream. And I want to figure out the time when a
particular object appears or disappears. The figuring of whether the object
appears or disappears is already done by me. But how would I infer the
correct time.
