How to extract NTP time from rtsp stream

I also saw this property in rtspsrc gst plugin:

ntp-sync            : Synchronize received streams to the NTP clock
                        flags: readable, writable
                        Boolean. Default: false

And I saw some links mentioning RTCP protocol that works under the hood
along with the RTSP protocol provides the NTP time.
