Only Time Seek supported content server

Hi,

I have below query for a content server which only supports Time Seek
operations.


Query is with respect to a source plugin in push mode:-


1. How it can notify peer element that only GST_FORMAT_TIME seek event
should be sent to it.

Is there already a way present to enforce the same, without adding a new
property?
