Problem with multiple tees in pipeline

Hello, can I please get some help here? I can't seem to figure out how I can
link and unlink pads and I've tried the suggestions posted, but I can't
figure out why the code fails (see previous post).

I'm sure somebody has done this before, I need to find a way to take a
snapshot, record to file and display on screen all in one pipeline.

Please, any help would be appreciated.
