Queries about libgstsouphttpsrc

Hi,
   How I can build a plugin "souphttpsrc" with TLS/SSL support?
   I did the following:

    (i) Installed libsoup with TLS/SSL support.Later built gst-plugins-good
with the support of libsoup.But when I use the url with "https" it says the
install souphttpsrc with "glib-networking" support

    (ii) I have enabled glib-networking while building the libsoup itself?
Does anybody have idea on this
