Queries about libgstsouphttpsrc

Hi,
   (i) I can link the libgiognutls.a to my application but the problem is I
dont find the symbol 
       "g_io_module_gnutls_load_static" defined in any of my libs.

   (ii) Is there any way to use libsoup.a and libgsthttpsrc.a together with
the shared libs of glib-networking 
       available in the standard lib location
"/usr/lib/i386-linux-gnu/gio/modules/libgiognutls.so?
