Is gdp plugin included in iOS/Android binary package?

It's included in the master branch of cerbero, so will be in the 1.3/1.4
binary releases. If necessary we can also include it in the next 1.2
binary release though, please file a bug about that if that is needed.

Reason for this is that the GDP plugin does not work very well yet in
1.x and especially only works in a subset of the possible use cases.
