Streaming mp4 file with "appsrc" and "rtph264pay"

After trying again and again , I find out "ffdec_h264" can handle data
without timestamp and duration . But the sender(rtph264pay) can not . After
adding these information , my progam work well. In fact , without timestamp
and duration , "ffdec_h264" tends to give a accelerated playing.

By the way , do you know what I shoud add to mk file to make "h264parse"
available while developing an andriod program. the version of my android sdk 
the 2013.6 . I search it in google , and find "h264parse" , "bad" et. not
work . the factory make function fails to construct "ha264parse".
