gstreamer C# and Overlay flavors

Hi

I'm using gstreamer and have working pipelines and want to move into dynamic graphical overlays(cairo or libpixbuf) using VS2010 C# on Windows 7 32bit.

Which downloads do I need in terms of flavor of Gstreamer /.org /.com and other helper or wrapper files for C#.

What dependicies are needed in terms of python for example?(which I have no clue on)

Do I need to build from scource
