AW: ../tools/make_element: command not found

Gst-template is pretty old. I don't know whether anyone is maintaining it in 1.2. I tend to copy a plugin from plugins-good which is nearest to ewhat I need and then adapt it

Hello all,

I am trying to get started with plugin-development however I am stuck in the very first step. I got the gst-template from the git clone command mentioned in the Guide and upon trying to create an element named MyFilter I get error mentioned in subject.

Please guide me through.
