simple client server pipeline

Hi,

I have client-server pipeline that works on ubuntu and doesn't work on
windows 7.

I dont know why this is happening and I struggle with it way too much time.
I tried to disable the firewall and still no luck. 

can someone *please* give me a working example of client server pipeline
that works on windows?
