Cerbero : PKG_CONFIG not pointing to the right path

Hi,
I cerbero, when building glib recipe, I end up with PKG_CONFIG pointing to "C:/Dev/Tools/MinGW/msys/1.0/home/etrousset/cerbero/build-tools/bin/pkg-config"
Actually it is in ./cerbero/sources/build-tools/pkg-config-0.28/pkg-config.exe and in ./gstreamer-sdk/bin/pkg-config.exe
Where can I fix the build engine to point to the right path?
