udpsink bug (?) on windows

GStreamer 0.10 is no longer supported by the GStreamer community. You
may want to address your request to the SDK distributor, Fluendo and
Collabora through the SDK channels.

From my knowledge, bugs with udp socket on windows has been addressed in
1.X series, and should work in recent stable releases. If you are having
issues with udp socket support in GStreamer 1.X, let us know, or file a
bug at bugs.gnome.org under the product GStreamer.
