udpsink bug (?) on windows

thank you for your reply.

I tried to run the pipeline also with the 1.x version and I got the same
behavior like 0.10- no packet streaming.

before the bug report, if you know a simple video client server pipeline,
even videotestsrc, anything that works for sure on windows, it will be very
helpful for me.

I have been trying to make this work for long time and I can't figure it out
what (if at all) am I doing wrong..
