Why changing audio track cause video stutters and not smooth

Please, provide version information of your GStreamer installation. Also
let us know what you are using to change the track, is it using
playbin ? Note that audio clock is preferred for synchronisation, hence
the link between audio and video here. Providing more information will
help us figuring out if it's a recent regression, but but in your
application, or a ancient bug that has been fixed since.
