Custom element : could not send sticky events

Other information, when I'm trying the push data in the pad, it returns
GST_FLOW_NOT_NEGOTIATED. 

The next element is a videoconvert element, but I still couln't explain why
the negociation failed. When a dump the pipeline, I can see that the left
caps of the pad is fixed but not the right one.
