Is it possible to do Audio and Video synchronization for parallel pipelines

Hi,
    Since I am using two appsrc one for video and another for audio I tried
with "do-timestamp" property of appsrc which timestamps the buffer.But there
is slight mismatch in audio and video playback.Sometimes the audio leads and
leaving the video behind.
