Where is souphttpsrc?

Thank you so much man. Problem found.

Although I did have libsoup2.4-dev installed on my raspberry pi,
gst-plugins-good-1.3.2 $ ls -ls /usr/lib/arm-linux-gnueabihf/*soup*

config.log still reports that my libsoup is of version 2.38.1 .

So, after I modified
"/usr/lib/arm-linux-gnueabihf/pkgconfig/libsoup-2.4.pc", and change the
version from 2.38.1 to 2.40.1, it seems problem now solved.
