Opus keyframeness

So my pipeline lokks this:

gst-launch-1.0 alsasrc device="hw:CARD=MID,DEV=0" latency-time=20 ! \
opusenc frame-size=2 cbr=true bitrate=96000 ! \
oggmux ! \
oggdemux ! \
"audio/x-opus" ! \
opusdec min-latency=0 tolerance=0 ! \
audioresample ! \
autoaudiosink

my main aim is to mux 3 audio/x-opus streams via udp.
