add watermark in a video

Hi,
i want to transcode a videofile and add a watermark (png picture).

my pipeline is something like:

gst-launch-1.0.exe filesrc location=myvideo.mp4 ! decodebin ! x264enc !
mp4mux ! filesink location=test.mp4

i just want to know how to add a watermark.

the only solution i found on the web was with xvidimagesink. i tried the
same with filesink but the pipeline didnt end.

any idea what to do?
