gst-dynspect: dynamic instrumentation of GStreamer applications

Hi all,

Just thought I'd share this little tool:

It was quickly hacked at the GStreamer conference, so it's really rough and
barebones, but it should be quite easy to adapt it to explore live
GStreamer applications on Linux, Mac, Windows, iOS, and Android.

As for documentation, there is some but certainly not enough, so please
don't hesitate to ask if anything's unclear. Also, I did a lightning talk
at gst-conf that may help fill in some blanks (it was recorded and should
be available online soon).
