If there's too much backlog that means that you're producing data too
fast for your network connection and would need to change the bitrate.
Currently there's IIRC nothing in gst-rtsp-server to notify you about
that situation, but it would make sense to add something so that the
server can dynamically adapt to the situation. Please create a bug in
Bugzilla for that :)
