Modern equivalent of --with-egl-window-system=rpi ?

Try to uninstall all mesa packages. You should not have the directory
/usr/include/GL/ .
Instead just install libraspberrypi-dev (which contains
/opt/vc/include/GLES2)
(Passing --disable-opengl should prevent from using /usr/include/GL path )
