starting android development

Thanks for the tips ; anyway I resolved downloading again ndk and gstreamer
sdk ( i was using 1.4.4 , but maybe something got broken ). 

Although wasn't the right one , the env didn't cause any trouble because I
defined the gst sdk path in it.
