gstreamer compile error on vp8 with Xcode 6.3 provides Apple LLVM version 6.1.0

Which version of cerbero and libvpx is that? Is it still a problem with
libvpx 1.4.0?

Create a bug report in Bugzilla with that patch, ideally with something
that can be applied to cerbero directly. Also please report it to the
libvpx project if nobody else did that yet :)
