gstreamer compile error on vp8 with Xcode 6.3 provides Apple LLVM version 6.1.0

I got the lastest version of cerbero from  git://
anongit.freedesktop.org/gstreamer-sdk/cerbero
and I still have 1.3.0 version of libvpx: recipes/libvpx.recipe:    url = '
http://webm.googlecode.com/files/libvpx-v1.3.0.tar.bz2'
I tried to change the download link in the recipe to 1.4.0 version:
http://storage.googleapis.com/downloads.webmproject.org/releases/webm/libvpx-1.4.0.tar.bz2
seems not working, am i missing something here?
