gst-omx decoding H264 from Logitech C920 stream

Thank you for your answers but I have additional remarks to make.

I have made other tests and I highly doubt there are transport problems.

I tried to decode the stream coming directly from the USB port of the
Raspberry PI instead of streaming through the network with the exact same
behavior. 

Reducing the resolution all the way to 640x480 in h264 did not result in any
behavior change at all.

I have also captured the USB stream in another computer and sent it through
a TCP/IP server with the same results.

The file i provided is working. What is not working is the stream from my
camera. I will try to capture it to a file for the community to evaluate.

By the way is there a tool for Linux to analyze the characteristics of the
h264 stream from the camera and compare with correctly decoded ones?
