Can the CPU of single h264 engine decode the h264 stream data from 4 channel rtsp ?

it is CPU that exists single h264 engine .but I have question that whether
this single h264 engine can asynchronous decode the h264 stream data from 4
channel rtsp ?

Anybody have any idea for me. thank you for spending your time to my issue.
