Ecplicitly prerolling pipelines..

I am not really familiar with playbin and its "video-sink" property, but I
would expect that a workflow like this should work:
0. since the pipeline is in PAUSED state, I don't think you have to block
any pads
1. unlink sink pad of fakesink
2. remove fakesink from pipeline
3. add xvimagesink element to pipeline
4. connect sink pad of xvimagesink element
5. set to pipeline to PLAYING state
