Setting caps after tee

[Nuzut]

I have a pipeline that I need to split. It uses rpicamsrc and I need to split
it into two streams, one to udpSink and the other to glimagesink. My issue
is I need the stream to the udpsink to be 720p and the stream to the
glimagesink to be 360 by 240. Can anyone offer any advice on this? I've
tried setting caps both before and after my queue elements but neither
works.
