Unable play a rtp stream !

Hi,

I am stuck in playing the rtp stream. My usecase is streaming using
gstreamer and play in vlc. 

So on command line I do as follow:

*gst-launch-1.0 -v videotestsrc ! x264enc ! rtph264pay ! udpsink
host=127.0.0.1 port=5000*

Then I open VLC player,  Media > Open Network Stream , enter URL as
*rtp://127.0.0.1:5000* , Play. 


It show nothing. Don't know what am missing  ! 

Please help me out.
