Monitoring Sequence number of the incoming packets

With refer to my previous post i don't see any details regarding sequence
number after including 
*gst_debug_set_threshold_from_string("rtph264depay:6",TRUE);* before
gst_init function.I'm helpness.

Can anyone suggest some idea,will be more useful for me.
