mpegtsmux prog-map w/ gst-launch

Hi,

I need to setup mpegtsmux prop of "prog-map" that's a boxed pointer of
GstStructure field. My query is, would it be possible to create such
pipeline with gst-launch-1.0 utility? Or, I have to cook up a C program so
that to fill "prog-map" prop?
