Unable to run gst-launch-1.0 with below URL.

OK.  i got it working.  Actually, it is something to do with the user .  I
tried  opening other application say 'gedit', it produced the error that
"could not open X display".

So, i got it running in the user who has privilege of using X. Or with
'sudo'.
