Entry Point Not Found error while launching Qt application in Windows using gstreamer 1.4.5 binaries.

Hi,

I have compiled the code in Windows using Qt, and linked with GStreamer
1.4.5,

I could able to run the application, but while i launch the application,
the following
error is annoying.  till now i have got no deal of dealing with this error.

*NOTE:  Though the below  is shows while launching application,  Having
clicked 'OK' button on error dialog, the application is launched and
working fine. *



The error i get is :


*Entry Point Not Found Error:*

*The procedure entry point __gxx_personality_sj0 could not be located in
the dynamic link library E:\gstreamer\1.0\x86\bin\libtag.dll *


It would be great if you let know the pointers to resolve this issue?
