cerbero libxml2 compilation error

Finally, I opted for a workaround:

. replaced "raise Exception, 'Unexpected file type %s %s' % (str(ftype), f)"
with "action "skip""
. manually copied parser.h to the appropriate directory.

It's not a fix, but at least it got me to compile gstreamer 1.5.0 on
Yosemite.
