Performance issue

I also have this problem on a Tegra2 tablet , but not on a snapdragon MSM8974
( krait 400 quad-core , adreno 330 gpu ) on which i can hw decode h264 1080p
30fps without problem 

patching and building gst-plugins-bad with patches from
http://cgit.collabora.com/git/user/mateo/gst-plugins-bad.git/log/?h=amczerocopy-wip
for zerocopy rendering may solve the problem ?
