Performance issue

Hi

Thanks for replying

Can you tell me if the hardware decoding in GStreamer is already ON or
there is some flag I have to set to make it ON ?
I have Nexus 4 (Quad-core 1.5 GHz Krait, Adreno 320) but performance is
even worst on this than Samsung Tab 4.
