libtool failed at the build step fetch

Thank you for your reply. 

I understand the issue. I have made several attempts, but the build process
is not using different mirror and fails on the same step.

steps I followed: 
1. start the process
2. after getting the error, I choose, *[1] Rebuild the recipe from scratch*
3. it fails again and the process halts (no more retry option) 
4. go to step 1 


 Is there any way to trigger the process to use a different mirror site?
